A devastating incident occurred at Ned Houk Park in Clovis, New Mexico, on May 3, 2024, leaving two young women dead and a 10-month-old infant abducted. The Clovis Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Eleia Maria Torres, the missing child.

At approximately 4:26 PM, a 911 call was received by the Clovis Police Department Dispatch Center, reporting two deceased females at Ned Houk Park. Officers arrived on the scene to find Samantha Cisneros, 23, and Taryn Allen, 23, both from Texico, New Mexico, with apparent gunshot wounds.

A young female child was also found injured on the ground and received immediate medical attention from officers and Clovis EMS. The child was transported to Plains Regional Medical Center and later transferred to a Lubbock, Texas, hospital.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered an infant car seat, stroller, and baby bottle at the scene, indicating the presence of an infant. Family members informed investigators that Samantha Cisneros was the mother of both the injured child and 10-month-old Eleia Maria Torres.

The 9th Judicial Major Crime Unit was activated, and an Amber Alert was issued for Eleia Maria Torres, who is believed to be in immediate danger. Eleia Maria Torres is described as 10 months old, 28 inches tall, and weighing 23 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

The Clovis Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding the victims or the incident to come forward.
