Kelsey Duggan Obituary, Death – Theresa George Kelsey, William 12th of December, 1939 to 7th of November, 2017 At the time of his passing on November 7, 2017, Bill was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He was preceded in death by his sister Jane, his first wife Noelle, and his wife of 36 years, Karen, who passed away in 2002.
His first employment was delivering newspapers in the Castro District of the city, and he did so first on his bicycle and subsequently switched to using a Cushman scooter. He demonstrated to us the importance of a strong work ethic and the worth of a dollar via his own actions.

His responsibilities included wholesale operations. When he retired, he began working for the Commisary at the Presidio in San Francisco, where he remained until the establishment’s demise in the year 2002.
The United States Air Force assigned Bill to the rank of Sargent, and he served in both Alaska and Idaho. 1957 was the year he first met his first wife, and the year 1958 was the year that he gave birth to his oldest son, Don.
The divorce took place in 1962. After being involved in a catastrophic car accident in 1967, he reached the age of retirement with a full disability. He became acquainted with Karen while she was volunteering at the Veterans Affairs hospital, bringing card games to the convalescent ward. After that, they continued to play bridge together for many years, most notably at the Stonestown Bridge Centre and the Frank Jacksons Club as partners.
His children Michael, Lisa, and Don, as well as his companion of fifteen years, Sarah, and his lovely three-legged cat, are among many who will miss him. Madeleine, Will and Clifford, Sabrina, Matthew, John, and Jason are the grandchildren of the family member. Don, Dennis, and Jim are two brothers. Numerous nieces and nephews in all.
