Jack Daniel Obituary, Death – A death occurred on April 29, 2023 in Des Moines for Jack, who had reached the age of 86 at the time of his passing. In the time leading up to his passing, he had been a resident of Des Moines.
On Friday, May 5, 2023, at ten o’clock in the morning, the funeral service will be held at St. Charles Parish when it is scheduled to take place. There has been no decision made regarding the timing or date of the memorial service.
Members of Jack’s family will be present at the Kale Funeral Home in Osceola on Thursday, May 4, 2023, in order to meet and welcome whoever may be interested in attending the funeral service.
They will arrive at five o’clock and remain there till eight o’clock. They will maintain their presence until then. It has been decided that the ceremony will take place in the St. Charles Cemetery, which has been chosen as the location for the burial.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Cynthia (Kent) Strawn, who resides in Norwalk, Iowa; his daughter, Sharon (Mike) Ashby, who resides in Winterset, Iowa; his daughter, Vicki (Stacey Diest) Howell, who resides in Polk City, Iowa; his daughter, Melissa
(Don) Walker, who resides in Peru, Iowa; his son, Jack Daniels, who resides in St. Charles, Iowa; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-six great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; his brother, Art Daniels, who is married to Linda; his brother, Ed Daniels, who is married to Peggy; and his sister-in-law, Barb Daniels.
