The Pensacola community is mourning the unexpected passing of Michael Macleod, a beloved member known for his vibrant spirit and passion for the water. Michael, who served as the Managing Director of the Human Capital Practice at Deloitte, tragically passed away in February 2024.
His wife, Kelly Ramsey MacLeod, confirmed the heartbreaking news, shedding light on Michael’s final moments spent doing what he loved most: sailing on their boat, Mahalo.
Throughout his life, Michael’s love for the water was palpable, whether he was kayaking, fishing, or gracefully sailing the open seas. His adventurous spirit led him on countless sailing adventures, including a dream trip with Kelly two years prior. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the PYC Satori Foundation, A Place of Hope Small Dog Rescue, or Gulf Coast Kid’s House, reflecting Michael’s values and passions.
